Prior to founding NZ & Associates, he worked at Ernst & Young and KPMG. NZ & Associates has now merged into ZADN.
A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Bringing over 10 years of Direct Tax experience, he offers comprehensive tax advice on domestic and international tax matters, manages tax litigation from assessments to tribunals, and handles compliance. He also assists international clients with tax offshoring assignments.
Currently, he supports clients with outsourcing needs, including accounting, tax compliance, and payroll processing. His services cater to domestic companies, private equity/venture capital invested firms, subsidiaries of foreign companies, and family offices.
