Zayaan is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. 

 He operates out of Mumbai and has over 8 years of working experience in the field of Indirect Tax which includes MVAT, Service Tax & GST and has gained experience in the field of audit, assurance and diligence. 

Zayaan holds a L.L.B. degree from Mumbai University, which gives him an upper hand with handling tax litigation and regulatory compliance matters. 

 After gaining a few years of experience post his qualification, Zayaan co-founded NZ & Associates, a Chartered Accountancy firm, which stands collaborated with ZADN & Associates. 

Zayaan has lead numerous assignments for clients involving advisory, transactions structuring, representations and litigations. He has actively represented clients for VAT, Service Tax and GST matters for assessments to appellate level. 

 His experience includes audits (tax and statutory) for companies belonging to various industries, geographic locations and sizes. Zayaan has played a key role in setting up SOPs and conducting internal and management audits for international and domestic companies.
